5. Payment
Cash on delivery is available across Lebanon; any additional payment methods we support are shown at checkout. By submitting an order, you agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including the delivery fee. Where online payment is offered, transactions are encrypted and processed securely by our payment providers.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Lebanon. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control. Please review our Shipping & Returns policy for details.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for eligible items — unused and in their original packaging — in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy. To start a return, contact us at info@sawakart.com with your order number. Refunds are issued as described in that policy.
